One of my favorite things to do on my birthday is reflect over the past year. How did I grow? What's new? The good, the bad and the ugly. 2017-2018 was the most difficult in my life. From losing my Granny and my studio; giving birth to our little baby girl; and starting school as a full time parent for the first time in ten years, it surely has come second to none.
This year taught me invaluable lessons on a molecular level! When my Granny passed I learned the true meaning and value of family. When I nearly died giving birth to my daughter I learned the true meaningand value of life. I revealed strength I didn't know that I had. I found peace that I didn't know was missing.
In the slideshow above you'll find a few phone captures and photos of some of my memories, my family and my work. I have no regrets and my wounds are steady healing. I'd say that's progress. I'm looking forward to what 34 has to offer. My dream of owning a successful creative studio + restaurant are so close I can feel it. Thank you so much for the love if you gave love. It's always coming back to ya. -T
