 My son is literally the best kid a mother could ask for. He is kind and funny, a great helper, and he is learning to be more and more responsible everyday. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to get much time as a family, much less get to do something considerably fun for everybody. I was...am...very grateful that we had the opportunity to cut loose a bit and spend a little change on the big guy.

First of all that's horrible that my last published post was Mother's Day. I literally have about five unfinished drafts glaring at me with wide pitiful eyes. Hey, I have been cooking and working, my hormones are raging, and Idgaf about no GD peas! (Three dollars if you know what movie that's from, not really, but comment if you do.)  Sweet Thai Chili Wings and Swai Fish topped with Sauteed Peppers, Onions, Carrots and Snap Peas. Served with steamed Jasmine rice. Anywho, I do plan to catch up with you and the drama that is my life and the beauty I create with it. I have tons of food and family photos and other content for you so there's that. lol. Just gotta get it up, right? I gotcha. In the meantime, enjoy this photo of last night Father's Day celebration for the old man. I am forever grateful that he made me a mother. He is knocking the dad thing over the fence and out of the park. Kudos to that handsome guy. And all of the handsome guys around the world doing the same. You are appreciated.
